Shipping Methods
Most orders received before 5:00PM Eastern Time will processed & shipped the same business day via UPS or FedEx. While most orders are shipped the same day, on rare occasions due to market volatility some products may be temporarily out of stock. In such circumstances, we will do our best to notify our customers with the appropriate ETA as soon as the information becomes available. For faster processing, please provide a proper physical street address that matches your billing address when placing your order. While we do facilitate shipping to ALTERNATE ship to addresses such orders have to be verified and thus may get delayed. Some international orders may incur an additional charge to cover actual Shipping, Handling, and Insurance.

All packages must be signed for at time of delivery. No package will be delivered without a signature. However, a signed signature release form can be left for the delivery driver if no one is expected to be home/work during the day, to sign for the package in person.

We may change the shipping carrier in any given order in order to expedite it's processing and assure timely delivery.

Return Policy

DOA/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
On rare occasions customers may receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product. Defective products must be reported within 10 business days of receipt. We offer free technical support. Also, manufacturers offer free technical support and we can direct you to each manufacturer's support group. The majority of the time, these issues are related to a misconfiguration or other technical issue. Item(s) not being compatible are not considered defective/DOA. In the event that tech support determines the product is defective, we will create a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) and shipping address where to ship the product. We will also provide a shipper account number for the return shipment. Please pack the item(s) in the same way as you received it, with all required components, manuals, etc. The product will be tested and inspected upon return. If the item is not defective, a diagnosis charge and return fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may apply. Beyond the allowed DOA period, the manufacturer's warranty takes effect. No DOA returns accepted for Citizen products or Zebra printheads. Please contact the respective manufacturer directly. All warranties are carried out directly through the manufacturer of the product. Feel free to contact us for manufacturer contact information if needed. If you have any problems getting warranty assistance from the manufacturer, please let us know. We'll do all we can to help.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
We strive to make your purchase quick, accurate, and easy. It is important to verify an item is compatible with your software prior to ordering it. We will not accept return of products after 30 days from date of purchase. Returns are costly for us to handle, and often returned items cannot be resold as new. We only hope to offset this expense on a per case basis, versus increasing prices substantially for everyone. ALL returns require a return authorization number (RMA). To insure the quality of product customers receive, POS Paradise will only accept returns that are 100% complete and in NEW, UNUSED condition.

Factory sealed returns may be subject to a 5% restock fee or $10 per item, whichever is greater. If a manufacturer or distribution channel partner deems that a return fee or restocking fee is required, you will be notified immediately of the full amount of the fee. In no other instances will a return fee or restocking fee be required.

Open box returns are subject to a 10% fee or $20 per item, whichever is greater. The item(s) must still be in COMPLETE, NEW and UNUSED condition.

At our discretion, we reserve the right to deny a return should we determine the product has been tampered with or missing components.

No shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Failure to return the item(s) in the COMPLETE original packaging and ALL shipped materials will result in refusal. This includes any external boxes used, manuals, disks, accessories, packing materials, and said packaging is not damaged, marked or otherwise not acceptable for resale.

All returns are inspected upon return. This process can take a couple of weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the return date for credit to be issued.

CANCELLATIONS
Since we pride ourselves in processing & shipping out most orders the very same day (M-F) they are received, cancellation requests are therefore limited to up to 30 minutes after ordering. No cancellation will be accepted for processed orders. Cancellations can only be placed during business hours and can only be done by phone (888-268-3921). Faxes & Emails are not acceptable methods as they may not be processed in time. Should you still need to cancel an order past the 30-mintue cut off, you may do so by emailing us with such a request in order to obtain your return authorization number (RMA) & then refusing the package when it's delivered. Upon receiving the refused package, your order will be dealt with as a return and appropriate fees will apply. We reserve the right to cancel/delay any order we deem to be fraudulent or placed using questionable/false information.

PAYMENT METHODS
POS Paradise will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online orders. Payment can also be made by Money Order or Business Check or by wire transfer. This may delay the processing of the order. All Money Orders or Business Checks are payable to JSE Computers. Wire-Transfer discounts are available. Please call 888-268-3921 for details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept international orders on our website. We will process only those orders which come from a company that has a verifiable website, company name, address, phone number, and a company email address. At no time will we ship to a freight forwarding company. Any order which does not meet all verification criteria will be cancelled.

Software, consumable supplies (paper, ribbons, ink cartridges, etc.), special order items and parts are non-returnable/non-refundable. Special order items are any items not available at our online store or when noted as "Custom". Please make your selections for these items carefully. Most software has a demo version available, which we recommend you review prior to purchasing the software.

We guarantee the lowest overall cost over our competitors published delivered cost. Many resellers cheat on their pricing, leaving out power supplies, cables, accessories, and shipping.
